Mark is President of SQLSoft+ Consulting Group, a consulting company based in Bellevue, Washington. SCG specializes in providing consultants and staff to companies in the Northwest utilizing a unique training model with its sister company SQLSoft+.

Areas of specialization include skills management and content development to well established, hi-tech professionals working in such companies as Microsoft, Starbucks, Virginia Mason and Boeing, as well as numerous Federal and State agencies.

Mark started with SCG in 2005 when the two principals of SQLSoft+ and Mark started the company. The company has seen sales double every year since 2005. Prior to SQLSoft, Mark held several positions as a system engineer with Electronic Data Systems and then with BEST Consulting (now Comsys).

His last position was managing the Business Intelligence practice for the company leveraging products such as Microsoft’s Analysis Services, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports.

Currently an account manager for SQLSoft+ Consulting Group focusing on state and local government. Over 20 years in the information technology staffing industry. Previously a software developer and project manager for several large Seattle area companies.

Prior to joining SQLSoft+ Consulting Group in 2006, Mr. Beers had a 15-year long career with Western Data Corporation, an IT staffing company based in Bellevue, WA, with branches in 3 other states. He held various sales and management positions including Branch Manager, and eventually President.
